More information about Ancient arrowheads from vikings,Romans,Greeks,Mycenaean,Bodkin made points.

This is a display of seven different types of arrowheads and bolt heads that come from the ancient Romans, mycenaeans, Greeks and Spartans. Made of bronze these points were so effective almost every culture in the ancient world used a form of these exact designs. These are from as late as 8th century BCE to the 6th century CE AD and were used in arrows and bolts. Such as the Roman ballista that devastated anyone it managed to reach out and touch. These are exquisite examples and the decorative medallion in the middle is distinctly Roman. It also appears someone at some point in history decided to turn it into a amulet this cutting a rectangular hole in it. The patina on that alone is absolutely breathtaking. The display is made of old growth heart pine salvaged from yet another farm house in the mountains close to where I live. Feel free to make an offer and whoever decides to purchase this please I hope you enjoy and respect it as much as I do and have.
