The Basic System
Here's what comes in the basic system:
The Competitor system unit and stand
4, 10 or 25 CFM blower
Pit/food temperature sensors
Blower adapter door
Power supply
A piece of foil tape for sealing leaks
A small probe cleaning pad
A kill plug so you can remove the fan and plug the door adapter
A package of over 20 Curl-Eez for organizing probe wires
Condensed Users's Guide (full version downloadable from the web)
Laminated speedy Setup and Operation card
When you secure your system, you specify the size of the blower that you want and the type of door adapter you need. You can also specify the length of the leads on the temperature probes and the blower.
