This is an Erve Chapelier backpack, model 946, the largest entire-nylon backpack they offer and made of a rugged material.
Unlike the 978 series, it's less likely to break easily when carrying heavy items.
This model is overwhelmingly more rugged and has a larger storage capacity than other Chapelier backpacks. Although it's large, it's more delicate than sports brand backpacks, making it a unisex model.
