The extremely rare album by the group led by the legendary guitarist discovered by OTIS REDDING, originally released on a minor label in 1969, is finally available on CD! The vocalist is PEABO BRYSON before his solo debut!!
As a guitarist at Muscle Shoals and FAME Studios, JAMES MOORE, also known as MOSES DILLARD, was favored by OTIS REDDING for his performance during ARTHUR CONLEY's recording sessions. He participated in recordings of plenty of Southern Soul artists such as JAMES & BOBBY PURIFY, MIGHTY SAM, and OSCAR TONEY JR. He was also a craftsman artist who left various recordings under the names MOSES & JOSHUA and DILLARD & BOYCE as a vocalist. In 1969, he released this extremely rare album with his own band, TEX-TOWN DISPLAY, from his own label. It is now available for the first time on CD in a paper jacket edition from BIG PINK MUSIC, a Korean label that is attracting attention for its high-quality CD releases of AOR and smooth rock rarities.
