I like the raw vintage look to it, if I had a place in my house to match its look I would just keep it, as it’s really unique and nicely made. It’s a simple, yet stunning design. Requires 1 AA battery (I will provide one with purchase)*I DID test it, & it DOES work- it’s been running steadily for about a week now, keeping accurate time. *It’s nice hearing that subtle “tick tock tick tock” sound from the seconds hand… very nostalgic, as everything is digital these days.
