Lg basket is 15 1/2 high from top of handle to bottom & 11 wide @ widest point near top. Sm basket is 10 3/4 high from top of handle to bottom & 8 3/4 wide @ widest point. They can be hung on wall or stood up on table or floor. I bought these from Home Interiors over 20 yrs ago. They are in pristine condition. Oh & there is a little wooden cactus glued to front of sm basket. Yes I was remarkably much into everything southwestern & wicker.
