CARAN D’ACHE 40 NEOCOLOR II AQUARELLE 38 are NEW! My Son assumed these were regular crayons and before I realized what he was using he has used the Rouge Orange and Grey. He lightly used them, they have a little use on the tips (Image Attached). Swatch sheet attached its inside the paper sleeve you just have to cut it, I have not done the swatch sheet. NEOCOLOR II are astonishing, I have two sets of these and recently was gifted the bigger set so that’s the only reason I’m hoping to pass them on to someone who will be able to use and enjoy them. excellent for coloring backgrounds or bigger spaces, since you can wet the color and get more use of the product.
